I've found a bug where entire area of Undisputed Claim turned hostile (faction didnt turn hostile as ACs in Eden are neutral) after I stealth killed no-name NPC, with neither witness nor bounty. You can find such NPC within the same area as Willard Konnen. There was no important npc warning unlike if you kill Kaur or other that causes instant faction hostility.

NPC's icons at the minimap show that they aren't hostile when they actually are.

I have also run into this same issue and it's preventing me from completing a number of quest. I'm trying to wait the 3 days but as I'm not sure of how long this takes, real world time, I am not sure if this is just broken or if I have not waited long enough.

this happened to me! Waiting either takes a long time or it glitched. I can’t continue the Now Hiring mission bc they all want to kill me on the ACS. I remember killing that npc bc Inez kept saying something about him when I killed Willard. Now I have to reload a 3 hour old save.

I found you can run past the guards and hide until agro calms down. This will, at least, let you finish most of the missions, like the peace talks. It's easier to do if you don't have companions with you. Also, you have to fast travel to the back end of the ship
