Cannot craft or re-obtain recipes learned before respec

I made my way through the tutorial and stealth seemed really fun, so I respecced before leaving. Now ALL recipes I acquired during the tutorial are showing as learned but cannot be crafted. This includes compact rounds, magpicks, grenades, distraction devices....unfortunately all the things you want to craft with a stealth build. Any way to get around this in the meantime? I'm 8 hours in and would hate to have to start over.

I'm having this issue as well on the PS5  premium version. Shows recipe in my inventory but not in the crafting options.  Please fix ASAP.
