Aunties choice and the order team up bugged

I’ll keep it simple, I’m trying to have aunties choice and the order team up, I’ve already talked to Ruth now I have to talk to auntie. It will not let me. When I talk to the VPs in the room where I need to talk to auntie the only option I get is to use aunties choice to help take over the spire and archive etc. I literally can’t team them up. Is there any way to fix this, I really wanted to team them up but cannot. Please help
