Otto’s puzzle is bugged. Saw many other Reddit users are running into the same issue where even knowing the solution order for the power boxes won’t open the door. Power for middle power line stops after first switch. Unable to open door and get Ott’s information to complete quest without dialog skill check. 

Same for me, i finally looked up the solution and several ways people did it and none of it works.

I have the N-ray scanner and sometimes the cables dont light up even after the first switch.

it seems randomly broken but I can never complete the circuit.

I’ve got the same bug too. I’ve tried multiple ways to fix it, including going back to get the N-Ray scanner and doing it beforehand, but nothing works.

It’s pretty frustrating since it’s also tied to Tristan’s quest. You can still get him either way, but I’d really like to fully complete it.

Guess we’ll just have to wait for a patch to fix it.

 

Also not working for me. The 3rd and 4th power box on the middle row won't connect with power. I have the N-Ray and the power lines just don't activate.
