I'm LOVING the outer worlds 2 so far i just wonder if we could get some improvements perspective wise.

I really think obsidian crafted something special with this one! I did my pre-order of the premium edition and i'm already 8 hours in. Only pet peeve i have with this game is how limited the camera perspectives feel...like the first person camera doesn't have a visible body whatsoever like we had in avowed which was great there and i wholeheartedly expected it here, also the third person camera (that i know was a last minute addition) feels really limited, like, we don't have an input to switch perspectives in-game nor can we manually switch shoulders without going on a menu, it feels really limiting there's also the fact your character doesn't really has many animations in third person besides movement and shooting, melee etc it feels really robotic. Would be great to see some improvements on both fronts! Small things like a small hand animation to pick up items on both perspectives, seamlessly switching between perspectives and changing shoulders in 3rd person also just being able to see your currently equiped weapon after sheathing it would all go a long way to help immersion. First person visible body is a lot of work and i don't know if it could be possible but it would also be awesome to see.

I'm loving it too. Although does anyone know if there's a mechanic to turn down the radio when people are talking? If there is an option, I don't see it. So it would be nice for this to be an option if possible. I'd like to turn it down both for actual conversations and for party banter.

Really enjoying it so far. Only change I would love to see is an increase to the max conversation subtitle size. It’s possible to scale the UI text elements massively, the conversation subtitles not so much. There’s a lot of free space to the sides of the chat box so seems there should be room. My old eyes would be very thankful.

I'm playing on xbox and there's in fact an option to scale it further! I play it with all texts on size 6 or something it's way better than the default one.
