chipmunk4eva Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago I have played grounded on my ps4 for almost 3 months with my friend through crossplay on multiplayer mode. All of a sudden crossplay is disabled. I tried to enable it, did all the steps with microsoft and at the end mirosoft says "WELCOME BACK" and " you are now added to grounded" but in the same time a window popped up on my tv screen saying "GROUNDED COULDNT BE LINKED TO A MICROSOFT ACCOUNT AT THIS TIME" . I chatted with Microsoft for over an hour. We looked for updates on ps4, we even deleted the game and re-installed it! Nothing changed. I get the same problem. I cant ENABLE crossplay ANYMORE. I need help!!!! Me and my friend have come so far with the game and i dont want to continue playing it alone! Why buying a game and then all of a sudden it doesnt work anymore? Microsoft tried to help me without any success, now i need help from obsidion please. Claudia claudiabaumgartinger@gmail.com
Amentep Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago I'd recommend also opening a support ticket with Obsidian https://support.obsidian.net/article/60-how-do-i-report-a-bug I cannot - yet I must. How do you calculate that? At what point on the graph do "must" and "cannot" meet? Yet I must - but I cannot! ~ Ro-Man
