Unable to pick up some items in Toxic Anthill

Couldnt find this issue anywhere so Im sorry if this is repeated but is anyone else unable to pick up some stuff in the toxic anthill? Certain angles work, but i have lost quite a few marble and quartz, I can harvest just fine but forget it if its slime mold stalk or upgrade mats

Just to add, im on steam playing single player, I did not have this issue on multiplayer with crossplay
