grounded 2 (DEVS please read) Orc gaurds not spawning

The orc gaurds at the candy stash aren’t spawning, I’ve went into old saves going wayyy back. I glitched out the map and they aren’t in the pipes or walls or even on the bottom of the map, seen a few other posts bringing up this issue with other places, I beg this gets fixed I can’t progress the story at all

I have the exact same issue at this current point though. They did spawn at one point but they no longer do. I've concluded that it's either because i've done the MIX.R or I have completed the story quest.
