Headshot or critical boxes not working

Since 1.4 headshot boxes are not proccing critical hits.  Worked fine before this patch.  This is on Xbox with no settings changed since patch.  Have closed the game and unequiped and reequiped multiple items including firearms.  While I don’t use it I wonder if the arachnophobia changes are at fault
