Unable to redeem Premium Edition Code (Amazon México)

I preordered the premium edition but received it after the full release, on Feb 20 or something. Since then, I’ve been trying to redeem the code so I can use the extras that come with this edition and I can’t. There’s is an error. 
I’ve tried mobile/desktop/Xbox/PC.

I contacted Xbox support and they didn’t solve anything. What am I supposed to do?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
