Minoletta’s Conduit bug - does less damage than it should

The unique wand Minoletta’s Conduit doesn't do any additional damage if you have the 'Wand Mastery' attribute. This means that if you have a single point in that attribute, Minoletta’s Conduit will do less damage than any other wand in the game, while its default enchantment is clearly meant to make it a damage-focused wand.

I wish I discovered this before spending all my upgrade materials on it
