The game doesn't consider ability cost reductions when determining if you can cast a spell.

I noticed that I had 56 essence, and even with a -65% essence cost Grimoire, I wasn't able to cast, for example, Missile Salvo, which should cost about 26 essence with this Grimoire. Is this a bug?
