Bug with a path to the garden

I have this bug to where a path to the garden quest doesn’t let me fight the dreamthralls outside the gate of third born and I can’t continue the main story quests any help would be appreciated (the enemies just stand there and don’t fight and I can’t attack them)

I'm having a very similar issue. I fought the dreamthralls, but then cannot enter the city. The objective still states i need to kill them dreamthralls, but they are all dead. Additionally, the waypoint for the quest sends me to some random spot way across the map. I submitted a ticket and they got back to me saying it will be patched soon.
