Wardens Warding Peaceful Bug

I used stealth, grabbed all the banners, parleyed with the wardens and had high enough int to use that option. She agreed and told me to talk to Radut. When I get to Radut all he has no way of finishing the quest line through dialogue. Please fix this!!! I have attempted to submit a photo as well but the file size limit is too small for a photo?

Also seeing this issue. 

After taking the peaceful path through Wardens Warding, the only dialogue option with Radut is "Communication has broken down between Amalia and me" (which is untrue for this path: Amalia and I parted on good terms, I used the high-int option to give her an excuse to leave the area, everybody's happy). 

Selecting that option just loops the dialogue back to the beginning and the same option is presented again.
