I got this quest from Sielo Piannini. When I talk to Erlinn, the option, "Wait. I have an idea. You and the farmers could compromise." appears but the next dialogue option to take medical supplies in exchange of letting them have food doesn't appear? Apparently the game wants to be particular about you choosing a specific dialogue option when you talk to Sielo but then it should let you talk to him again and choose it instead of just giving you ONE chance to choose it.

The bug happened to me as well. There’s no dialog choice to ask him about his wife and subsequent conversations don’t have an option to, either.

Same, can't get the medical supplies.  Compromise option leads nowhere - Xbox Gamepass version.
