Shocked Status on Kai simply never ends - Saving and reloading fix the issue

Featured Replies

The title says it all. I thought it was just something that happened once but it just keep happening and it's quite annoying.

Nevermind, reloading is not fixing it

And neither is changing map

Great xD

Same. When two companions get shocked status they will be stuck in an infinite loop of restarting the shock timers on each other. I have figured out though, that if you go to camp it ends the shock status. I really wanted to be a shock wizard, but that's not feasible with this bug. Lightning cloud will put your companions in an infinite shock loop, as will the Conduit wand - easily starts a shock loop.

I fixed it on Xbox by turning my character around while Kai and Marius is behind me then I save it and quit. When I continued the shocking was gone. It was weird but hope it works for everyone else.

Bumping this topic as it's highly annoying.

I'm in Galawain's Tusks now and it seems every beetle encounter so far ends with an infinite shock loop.

If we only had the ability to shove Grog down a followers throat.

So this was supposed to have been fixed two patches ago I've heard multiple times. Yet, here we still are. Yet another dev that just blows off its players, shocking.
