Hey guys,

I've started my playthrough on Battle.net

Now with availability on gamepass and the time, i wanted to continue on Xbox, but however, the save does not show up.

Both accounts (battle.net and microsoft) are connected but still I can only create new saves on xbox, but the main save is still not available on xbox.

Any hints?

I ran into this same problem. I do not want to lose progress. The internet says it should work even with Steam, but so far Battle.net saves not showing up in xbox cloud, even though the accounts are linked and logged into the correct ones.( I do not have multiple accounts, so it is impossible to log into the wrong account)

I am having the same issue. Signed into same account on both. Have save sharing enabled in game settings. Wont load my saves from Bnet on my xbox... Anyone figure this out yet?

Hello friends,

I have passed this on to Admin. Please send issues as well to support@obsidian.net. This way I can ensure it gets to the right support team in addition to the request for community help here.

this is it, simply restard the GamingServices via task manager.

For me the solution was probably a silent patch or something. Now when I start the game it offers me to press R to log into xbox. This did not appear previously so I guess this is why it did not sync.

Not sure whether it was the gameing service thingy or some ghost patch.

But after like re-re-re-enabling Xbox saves on b.net version it finally asked for whether to keep xbox cloud or other versions.
Important note: I guess (!) If i would not have chosen xbox here it would still treat me as before, not uploading the bnet save to xcloud

This also isn't working for me, even though I'm logged into xbox and the application says it uploaded my local saves to xbox cloud.

I'm sure Microsoft and the Product Managers are making it a total pain for the software developers. This has got to be a nightmare to manage so I have some empathy but the fact is it's not working so I'm probably going to return this xbox.
