I just killed the delemgan gueen and retrieved the heart for the animancy method quest i have trie to load old saves restart my game i even restarted my computer i have killed all the enemies and the walls are still up blocking me in the only thing in the room is a floating yellow ball above the throne if anyone has anyidea how to fix this or what to do please tell me

Thought I was the only one. Same exact issue and tried the same troubleshooting. Kinda sucks getting the game 5 days early and now I can't even play the game until it gets fixed...

There is a tree close to one of the "exits" (holes with vines around it) climb on it and try to get as high as u can then jump ledge next to vines and climb over and then just run out of the area till u can fast travel. This is how i got out of there.

facing away from the throne, the tree in the middle to the right. Try and jump on the side that has the mushrooms growing on it and try and mantle on the mushrooms up the tree. Go a little along the branch and turn around then make a sprint jump towards the exit and you should be able to mantle on the thorns and escapee. Hopefully this get's fixed,

I had to reload a previous save, respec to throw points into intellect and take the heart peacefully from her. 

 

I hope this gets fixed before it's main launch on the 18th, I feel like a lot of people aren't going to figure this out.
