Hi all I'm new to Avowed and also Obsidian so please forgive me,  My question is avowed a 1st person only or is there a 3rd person option which i prefer

 

both 1st person and 3rd person, you can check with some of the developer's gameplay preview where it shown. 

It has both 1st person and 3rd person modes.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
