Why Does Obsidian Say "Chids?"
Early on in the now ten-year legacy of this event, Mikey Dowling, Director of Communications and Creative Services at Obsidian, after being awake far too long, went into the, “Why do we do this stream,” speech and combined the words “children” and “kids” and the community ran with it. It has since become the calling card for our event, “For the chids!”
