Game crashes on loading screen

I am playing the steam version of the game

After loading for a few seconds with the wheel spinning the game crashes completely 

All of my drivers are up to date, and I've completely redownloaded the game

I have uploaded a small video of the issue

I got exactly the same problem. It worked before, my specs definitely match the game. I also checked the "Corruption" on Steam, installed it new, updated all my graphyc drivers and even made a clean new-install. Hope it will be fixed with the next update :(
