Hi,

I am on ps5 and my friend is on switch. We both have Microsoft account logged in and appeared successfully added each other as friend but we couldn't see each other on the friends list nor hosting any game. Please help.

I'm sorry that you've run into this friend list bug. The current workaround is to start the game and then invite your friend and they should show up. I recommend submitting a bug report and we'll work with you one on one to investigate this issue.

Please include the following information:

1. Platform (Xbox Console, PC Game Pass, PC Steam, PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch).
2. Multiplayer or Single Player Game (if multiplayer, can you tell us how many players in total in the game, and their platforms if known)
3. Difficulty level / NG+ Level
4. Description of issue.
5. Last thing you did in the game before the issue occurred, if applicable.
