Text to Speech still a issue

So a issue I had before the most recent patch was that Text to Speech was automatically going off for my chat even though I never turned it on and I saw in the latest patch notes that they said they fixed that bug, but I'm still experiencing it.

This TTS issue should have been resolved in patch 1.2.3. Can you please submit a support ticket if you're still running into the issue after you've updated?

Please include the following information:

1. Platform (Xbox Console, PC Game Pass, PC Steam).
2. Multiplayer or Single Player Game (if multiplayer, can you tell us how many players in total in the game, and their platforms if known)
3. Difficulty level
4. Description of issue.
5. Last thing you did in the game before the issue occurred, if applicable.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
