I am not sure if this is a technical issue or a user issue.  I have played partway through the game, earned 62 achievements, but I am not really happy with the choices I made in game.  So I started a new game, but did some reading and found out that I could use those achievements as Berath's Blessings on a new game.  When I start a new game though, there is no purple option to activate Berath's Blessings.  Is this a technical issue? Or do I have to complete a playthrough to use the Blessings?

This is an install on Windows 10, through Xbox Gamepass, and all DLC are installed.

Configure browser push notifications

  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
