I am not sure if this is a technical issue or a user issue. I have played partway through the game, earned 62 achievements, but I am not really happy with the choices I made in game. So I started a new game, but did some reading and found out that I could use those achievements as Berath's Blessings on a new game. When I start a new game though, there is no purple option to activate Berath's Blessings. Is this a technical issue? Or do I have to complete a playthrough to use the Blessings? This is an install on Windows 10, through Xbox Gamepass, and all DLC are installed.
