I played the mobile game and purchased at least some adventures before.

I've got achievements on the account so sure I've played it before.

So how do I restore purchases?

Can I link my mobile purchases to the steam version of the game?

The best bet for this is probably to send an email to the official support (https://support.obsidian.net/)

Click on the contact button there to message support. This is "help each place" for players, where people share tips, trick, workarounds etc... ;)
