I'm running Windows 10 on a Lenovo PC with the Xbox game pass. The game downloads and installs fine, but every time I try to play, it closes immediately after character selection. Regardless of which character I pick, whether I'm in single player or multiplayer, hosting or not. There's no error message, it just goes from the "Loading" screen with the little party hat to back to my desktop.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing these crashes while trying to play Grounded. If you haven't already, I suggest verifying that your video-card and OS are both fully up to date. If that doesn't work, please feel free to submit a support ticket.

1. Platform (Xbox Console, PC Game Pass, PC Steam).
2. Multiplayer or Single Player Game (if multiplayer, can you tell us how many players in total in the game, and their platforms if known)
3. Difficulty level
4. Description of issue.
5. Last thing you did in the game before the issue occurred, if applicable.
