Frostbitten Recipe gone

Picked up the recipe but didn't actually get it. Can't build a fresh storage and the recipe is gone from where it should be.

it is  at the very beginning of the under shed area near the scanner. in the first area when you come in from the outside w the water not the termites. hope this helps.
