Save Files Failing

Since the patch, I'm experiencing some funky save file activity.  In some cases, I go to manually save a game and nothing happens.  It just doesn't make a new save file.  Other times, I go to load into a save file and the game doesn't finish loading and it crashes.  Anybody else?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
