I apologize if this shouldnt go here but i dont know where to contact.

I had a shared game whit some friends using grounded from the game pass, we finished the sandbox lab and disconnected from the server, today we tried to reconnect and found that the game has disappeared.

Is there any way to recover said game whit the progress we had?

I'm sorry that you've run into this issue with Grounded and understand how frustrating it can be. I recommend submitting a support ticket, so we can look into this issue. These forums are for players to help each other with issues, but not an official way to report issues. 

Please include the following information:

1. Platform (Xbox Console, PC Game Pass, PC Steam).
2. Multiplayer or Single Player Game (if multiplayer, can you tell us how many players in total in the game, and their platforms if known)
3. Difficulty level
4. Description of issue.
5. Last thing you did in the game before the issue occurred, if applicable.
