Was Oak Lab's Grasslands BURG.L Chip Removed? Cannot Find It...

New to Grounded, which is an amazing game so far.  Early game, found the Oak Lab, and assumed I'd find the Grasslands chip here since all online guides say its right next to the fallen BURG.L. 

However, there is no such chip I can find, so either this was changed after the pre-launch guides were published or its a bug in my playthrough.

I don’t remember in which patch or release this chip was removed, but currently it is not in the game.
