According to the wiki, it seems the command should be ChallengeMode TrialOfIron. But, it says this is not a recognized game mode. I have enabled cheats and ChallengeMode ExpertMode works just fine for toggling EM. Anyone know the parameter name for ToI? Edit: After 20 attempts I figured out it's just ChallengeMode Trial.
