I have lost my equipment

Multiplayer, Shared world. My Friend (Xbox) and me (PC):
We have just lost all our lvl 9 armor (Helm, Harness, Legwraps) and shields. Particularly, i have lost Left Elf Charm and last weapon i have equipped: Pinch Whacker.
Game crashed when we were killed by mantis. When we re-entered the game, we spawned on the bed without armor and equipment. Before dying, we had free slots in our backpack;
We have setted: Auto-save Interval 10 min and 5 auto-saves. My friend, who is the host of the world on xbox, could select only one save (Corresponding to our death).
We still have other weapons and stuff we had in our backpack that were not equipped. No problem with the armor, we re-upgraded them all over again, but what can i do with the Pinch Whacker and Left Elf Charm? Lost forever?

I’ve had the same problem. I’ve emailed the obsidian support. The only thing I’ve found to help is go back a couple of saves/auto-saves, even tho it sucks but you’ll get your stuff back. You’ll just lose progress.

I also lost my level 8 roly poly armor and leveled up mint mace while fighting the black widow when I died  I respawned with no equipped armor I assumed it broke in the fight when I went back to retrieve my backpack I only had my inventory but none of my equipped armor or weapons were there or on my person when I respawned in my bed as willow I tried killing myself with the give up option and switch characters  that kind of help in a sense because I was willow and went to max and I responded with my friends lost charm when he died at another time as max and when I chose to respawn as him I somehow had it in my inventory but when I tried the same method hoping my lost armor and weapon I had equipped as willow would return it didnt and then it autosaved so I'm kinda screwed unless they add an option to retrieve glitched items upon death because at this point rolling back saves isn't an option even if the shared worlds had more than one save, obsidian please help and fix this

Yeh same thing happend to me multiple times now high tear weapons s and armor and lost backpack  and it auto saves after it disconnects so couldn't get anything back lost the pinch wacker and a trinkets 200 days In and now we are screwed cannot lvl up weapons because the rock to lvl up weapons does not respawn my team is over this happening to us 5 times now only option is to start again and I don't think  my team diesnr want to waste any more  time griding to get what we had back game distoying event probably not going to play this anymore it reminds me of arks glitches and that's The reason we stopped playing ark.. games full of bugs..

Same here we lost our left elf charm in our shared world(1 save only). No way to reload old save files and sadly we weren't able to make the Sarah's Charm in the end due to this issue. From what we gather we think we lost it near the termite den due to a glitch spot. We somehow got stuck in the blue sheet cover climbing up and had to give up(die). When we went back to retrieve our backpacks, we notice some stuff were missing from inventory and backpack.

I do hope Obsidian allows one time only items(left elf charm, pinch whacker, badges, etc) to respawn after a certain amount of time if lost in the world or just don't make it one time items. Other than that though, I do love this game and do hope they fix this issue sometime in the future.
