simple suggestion

I have been looking through a few suggestions for adding a garter snake that roams much like the crow and somewhat like the fish. This idea would be cool but I feel it is not suited for this type of game and the scale it is given. However I feel a cool way to somewhat introduce the possibility of a garter snake is by introducing a new area or several mini areas in the form as cracks in the stone wall where you could find garter snake sheddings and possibly harvest some with a knife or something and create new armour sets and tools (such as a snake shedding Kevlar or something like that).
