Can someone please help I just bought the Xbox game pass on my PC and now ever time I try to start a game it gives me the error message the Eu4-maine game has crashed I've turned off all my virus protecting and tried uninstalling and reinstalling and verifying my game files trough the Xbox app but nothing is working

I apologize for the crashes you've been dealing with since purchasing Grounded. If you haven't already, I recommend making sure that your video-card and OS drivers are both fully up to date. If that doesn't resolve the issue, I recommend submitting a support ticket so we can investigate this issue further.

1. Platform (Xbox Console, PC Game Pass, PC Steam).
2. Multiplayer or Single Player Game (if multiplayer, can you tell us how many players in total in the game, and their platforms if known)
3. Description of issue.
4. Last thing you did in the game before the issue occurred, if applicable.
