Do I do to do something to unlock the next set of chip quests?  It has been many in game days with no new chip quests.  Never been to the picnic table, black any hill or sandbox so I have not even got the chips from there.  Any ideas?

I'm sorry that the BURG.L chip sleuth quests haven't been given to you. Even though you haven't gotten them you can still find the chips in their designated areas. If you haven't already, I recommend submitting a support ticket with the information posted below, so the team can investigate this issue.
