Need spoiled meat for veg patch but I have disabled it on custom game mode, any help 

As far as I know, you can get spoiled meat at the trashbin south of the sandbox.

You can put it into a chest, and it will spoil. I found that out after I stored a ton of meat into the chests (while they didn't spoil in my inventory, they did in the chests).
