seems like with so much time spent underwater fighting critters, a spear gun just seems like a natural progression. Would be pretty nice. Work similarly to the cross bow but with spear gun look. 

 

Salty arrows would go from ehh to overpowered. Fishboy I am coming for yah fear me!
