What's the easiest way to get Burning Bridges achievement?

Topic. I read stuff about the cage and shrines from early 2018s, but also that they were patched, correct? What would be a quick way to get it now?

Go to Mother Sharp-Rock's cave, and repeatedly walk away when you approach the cage via dialogue. This loses relationship with Eder every time you do it so it's fairly fast.

Oh, I got it at -2, I thought you needed -3. So just doing Dawstar threat early and the cage is enough.

 

What about the factions? Can you get to -3 to spawn their special hunters and then go back to normal?
