Reggie403
Since the weapon nerfs I find myself having to repair my weapons and armor so often that farming repair mats has become the main gameplay loop. Im ok with the damage nerfs but the durability nerfs are too much. Now that weapons aren't hitting as hard, fights are longer and I'm taking more hits in a fight causing my armor to lose durability at a crazy rate. I can make about 2 expeditions into the new shed / wooded area then have to repair all my gears, at increased cost since the update. I would suggest reverting the durability buff from upgrading weapons to the hot and hazy levels, while retaining the damage nerfs. Also, I would suggest upping the durability of armor sets, or better yet allowing armor sets to be upgraded in a similar style to weapons so durability can be upgraded. Its no fun having to constantly farm mats repair my gear or be constantly worried my gear is about to break while Im out exploring even though I just repaired it. RtroActiv
Have a feeling armor upgrades are in the work, how could they not be, but I'm with you here. My stuff falls apart Fast, and repairing it is crazy expensive. Been trying to get my jewels to top off my weapons (gonna need a trillion scarabs for that) to see if the durability gets a little better. Til then, I'm a grinding my Grounded for repairs... nicklausdavis
Not sure about armor repairs as i dont seem to have a problem with them, but for weapons i have only used the quartzite upgrade path and so i only need a f*** ton of quartzite which i can easily get 100-200 per run through the abandoned ant hill and the red and hill. quartzite respawns every couple days so i just do a quick run to stay topped off. if you use any of the other upgrade paths, i don't know what to say to you aside from oof.
