some webbing cannot be cut

was harvesting spider webbing and i got a good situation where an orb weaver couldn't get to me and kept shooting webbing at me. when i went to harvest all the webbing, i found myself caught in it but i was not able to cut the webbing. it just bounced but didn't break.
