changing Key Binding for Consume not working

I change the key bind in options, save the change
it shows key bind is changed in menu
but it doesn't work with the changed setting

unable to set Consume - Back to Spacebar where I'm comfortable with it
the enter button is just too far away for that hand

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
