Tayn and Llengrath missing

It has been years since I did FS and I just completed the shout in the dark quest, but when I go back to the temple of revelation both of them are gone... is this normal? It has been so long since I did this that I can't remember. Are they somewhere else or is this a bug?

They're in the Scriptorium, if you haven't found them yet.
