Vanished enemy

On the mission monarch free radio you are required to eliminate all enemies in the station I have done this, I have also activated the atmospheric generator which kills everyone. There is still an enemy marker on screen and Hiram confirms there are still enemies. I have tried previous saves but no joy HELP!!
