The game loads fine the issue happens when I try to save my game. When I click on save it shows I have no save files and the cloud sync data box pops up multiple times it reach 100% every time but still pops up at least 5 times while I am playing the game.

Then if I return to main menu and close the game down it then turns off my Xbox console

Hey Goggs25! I apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this issue has caused you during your time with The Outer Worlds. I recommend trying to reinstall the game if you haven't already tried. If that doesn't work I would reach out to either Private Division or Xbox as they will be better equipped to assist you with this issue. Hopefully, they'll be able to help you resolve this issue.
