Where can I find the Requirement for the Activation of Death's Usher?

Guten Tag,

I'm trying to modify the Racial Ability of the Death Godlike to be more useful by changing the Health Threshold and giving it different Magnitude per Threshold, but after following the Tutorial by Staehrminator I could only find the Value for the Magnitude (float Value = 1.20000005). I tried searching in every other File of the deathsusher.unity3d but I couldn't find anything that looked like the Health Threshold. I was looking for a Line with a Value of 0.25 since that seems to be the Definition of "Low Endurance".

So, does anybody know where I could find the Activation Requirement for Death's Usher or did I just looked for the wrong Value?
