I have absolutely no clue if anyone else has or not. But say someone dropped a few party / water balloons. We could craft them into hot air balloons! I'd say you have to pre-built a basket of sorts that can carry all 4 players. And you would have to have plenty of crude rope to tie the basket to it. An the pilot should be able to switch between 1st/3rd person. 3rd should be slightly above the air balloon.
