I did everything in order to refresh microsoft store and xbox app but Grounded is the only one I can't see anything to update it. Idk if it's cause I'm in Mexico.

I had the same problem yesterday.

  1. Open Microsoft Store
  2. Search Grounded and Click on it
  3. Next to the option to PLAY there are 3 ... 
  4. Click on the 3 Dots (...) and you get a more options.  Update should show up there

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
