Every time I try to complete searching Oak Lab by helping Burg.L nothing happens. My character bends down, talks to Burg.L then stands back up. That’s it. No matter which character I play with. Is it a glitched save? Do I have to start all over?

Hey Irishgond! I'm sorry that Grounded isn't allowing you to help BURG.L. I haven't heard of this specific issue with BURG.L. Are you holding down the button to help him up? 

Can you please submit a support ticket for this issue? There we will be able to work with you one on one to try and fix this or get it into our bug database for investigation. 

Please include the following information:

1. Platform (Xbox Console, PC Game Pass, PC Steam).
2. Multiplayer or Single Player Game (if multiplayer, can you let us know how many players in total in the game and their platforms if you know this)
3. Description of issue.
4. Last thing you did in the game before the issue occurred, if applicable.
5. Clip or screenshot if possible.
