Game won’t continue the save transfer

My game stays on this screen, not continuing the progress and along that it crashes and kicks me out the game. Any help will be pleased!!

Hey xSmK! I'm sorry that you have been crashing during the save conversion. The team is aware that some players have been experiencing this issue, and it should be addressed in an upcoming hotfix. If you're still dealing with this crash by May 3rd, please send in a support ticket, and we'll work with you one on one to try and resolve the issue. 

Please include the following:

1. Platform (Xbox Console, PC Game Pass, PC Steam). 
2. Multiplayer or Single Player Game (if multiplayer, can you let us know how many players in total in the game and their platforms if you know this) 
3. Description of issue. 
4. Last thing you did in the game before the issue occurred, if applicable.

Hey xSmK! We just released a new patch today that should resolve this issue. Please let me know if Grounded is still crashing while trying to convert your saves.
